Pork Chops are an absolutely delicious cut of pork taken from the loin of the pig, and is perfect for grilling or frying. We use Gloucestershire Old Spot Pigs for our pork and the taste is second to none!

How to cook...

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or gas mark 4.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, or any other seasoning of your choice.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with a little oil or butter.
  4. Once the pan is hot, add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and place them in the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 63°C (145°F).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
