How to cook...

  1. Remove your Black Pudding slices from the packaging.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add a small amount of oil or butter to the pan.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the black pudding slices to the pan.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the pudding is crisp on the outside and heated through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite breakfast foods, or as a tasty addition to a salad or sandwich.
