How to cook...

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Take the pork loin steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  3. Season both sides of the steaks with salt, black pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs.
  4. Heat some oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. When the pan is hot, add the pork loin steaks and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
  6. Transfer the steaks to a baking tray and place in the preheated oven.
  7. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
