How to cook...

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Remove the sliced belly pork from its packaging and place it on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Season the pork with salt, black pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs.
  4. Cover the tray with foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and crispy on the outside.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for a few minutes before serving.
