Lusciously lemony, buttery, bright and packed full of flavour. Our traditional recipe for this classic curd is a firm favourite.

Perfect to accompany afternoon tea, spread on toast or scones. Silky smooth in texture, but zesty and sharp in flavour, stir through yoghurt or use in homemade cakes. Made using locally sourced Cumbrian eggs whenever possible.
