How to cook...

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Remove the chicken from its packaging and place it in a roasting tray.
  3. If desired, you can brush the chicken with oil or melted butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the chicken in the preheated oven and roast for approximately 20 minutes per 500g.
  5. Check the chicken’s internal temperature with a meat thermometer. The thickest part of the meat should read at least 75°C.
  6. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
  7. Serve your fresh oven-ready chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy!
