How to cook...

  1. Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or pan over high heat until it’s hot.
  3. Lightly season the steak with salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning.
  4. Place the steak on the grill or in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired doneness.
  5. For accurate results, use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches around 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  7. Slice the steak against the grain and serve it as a centerpiece of a memorable meal.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and personal preference. Adjust the cooking time accordingly for desired doneness.
