These succulent, handcrafted kebabs are made with premium ground lamb and a special blend of aromatic herbs and spices. Versatile and easy to prepare, our Lamb Koftas are perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or baking. How to cook...

  1. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the Lamb Koftas on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
  4. To ensure they are fully cooked, insert a meat thermometer into the centre of a kofta. It should reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove the Lamb Koftas from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious flavours of our Basecamp Northlakes Lamb Koftas.
