How to cook...

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  2. Remove the easy carve turkey from its packaging and place it on a roasting tray.
  3. Brush the turkey with oil or melted butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the turkey with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
  5. Cook the turkey until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  6. Once the turkey is cooked, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
  7. To carve the turkey, simply slice the meat thinly and serve with your favorite sides.
